Manager - Accounts & Finance - Infrastructure (5-12 yrs)

Following are the details:-
Position: Accounts & Finance Manager
Experience: Min 5 years
Qualification: Master Degree or CA
Location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Manage day to day finance activities in accordance with the organization & accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure the process control and tax compliance of revenue process flow
- Ensure the accounts payable and payment process control manager day to day finance activities in accordance with the organization & accounting policies and procedures.
- Direct and monitor a variety of finance activities to ensure the organization
- Manage all accounting operations, A/R, A/P, GL, payment and Revenue Recognition process of export business
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness of the financial figure and financial reporting
- Provide technical expertise and advice to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
- Manage ongoing relationships with external parties and advisors (e.g. Bank, public accounting firms) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Report financial status by preparing and analyzing financial plans, forecast and actual performance reports.
- Hand on in completion and coordination of compliance requirements with tax offices (such as filing of taxes, particularly VAT)
