Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities : - Head all operations involved in financial statements including, Account Receivables &amp; Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Revenue Recognition and Expense Management&nbsp; - Prepare and Publish monthly and quarterly Budget Forecasts and Financial Statements.&nbsp; - Analyzing Financial Data, Forecasting Revenue, Coordinating Auditing processes and Evaluating &amp; Managing Risk. - Oversee month-end closing and year-end closing. - Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations i.e. GST, TDS, Income tax, ROC, GAAP - MIS reporting (Revenue and Expense) within agreed timelines with completeness and accuracy - Setting up processes (Existing &amp; New) to support new business initiatives Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required : - Qualified Chartered Accountant - Experience in Accounting and Financial Management. - Outstanding knowledge of Accounting Principles and Procedures. - Excellent understanding of Accounting Software Especially Tally, Tally ERP, QuickBooks&nbsp; - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel. - Sound knowledge of auditing and compliance. - Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing processes.&nbsp; - Experience in handling payment gateway reconciliations - Prior experience in a start-up and Payment Gateways is a bonus.
