Following are the details:

Position: Manager

Experience: Min 8 years

Qualification: CA / ICWA

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Complete accounting and consolidation for the group as a whole.

2. Complete handling of accounting controls (such as assets, liabilities, incomes and gains reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, etc.) for the group.

3. Developing and standardizing accounting processes and treatments throughout the various companies of the group.

4. Ensuring that any transaction is in correct alignment with the accounting policies and control environment of the company. Any deviation should be brought to the notice of the management before such a transaction takes place.

5. Ensuring the timely presentation of all reports from Finance.

6. Analyzing reports and bringing out decision points.

7. Preparation of consolidated presentations.

8. Financial Reporting and Disclosures - preparation of various financial reports, statements of disclosures, etc.
