We have an opening with one of our client for the position of : Manager Accounts & Finance

Job Title/Designation : Manager Accounts & Finance

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Finalization of Accounts on monthly, quarterly and annual basis in accordance with Accounting Standards (INDAS).

- Preparation of Monthly and Periodical MIS reports along with variance analysis.

- Look after various Business Insurance policies, data submission and claim tracking.

- Budget and Forecast preparation along with Cash flow statements.

- Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance.

- Treasury function, forex management and liaison with various Bankers.

- Proposed GST implementation and implementation of INDAS Accounting.

- Prepare Segment wise profitability statement and consolidation.

- Liaison with internal and statutory Auditors and closing out all auditors findings.

- Formulation of Various SOPs and implementation across company for internal control.

- Periodically stock verification/Fixed assets verification and reconciliation.

- Review inventory aging / Receivable aging / Payables and advances.

Requirement :

Qualification: - A Commerce Graduate with CA as qualification, have good knowledge of Accounting, Taxation & Statutory Compliance.

- Should be well versed with industry its specific requirements excellent interpersonal and written communication Skills.
