Manager - Accounts & Finance - CA - BFS (3-5 yrs)

Job Description-

Position: Manager- Finance & Accounts

The candidate shall have to:

1. Handle accounting team of 10-15 persons

2. Responsible for authorizing all day to day accounting transactions and ensuring keeping of up to day accounting books in ERP or Tally.

3. Compliance with all statutory requirements like TDS, VAT, Service Tax and other applicable taxes.

4. Timely Reporting of monthly financials as per Indian GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS.

5. Providing solution to day to day issues faced by accounts team

6. Budgeting and forecasting

7. Fund Management

8. Responsible for cash flow preparation and variation analyses along with expense variation.

9. Co-ordination with Banks, Internal Audit team, and Statutory Auditors

10. Implementing effective controls and processes in accounts team.

Skills and Specifications :

1. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of Accounting and taxation

2. Good working experience in working in of Tally and ERP

3. The candidate should have strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel.

4. The candidate should have the quality of team working skills.

5. The candidate should possess good communications skills both oral and written

6. The candidate should have the ability to work well under pressure.

Education and Qualification:

1. The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

2. The candidate should have 3-5 years of post- qualification experience in handling Finance & Accounts function in Industry (preferring)

Remuneration: Negotiable for deserving candidates

Salary Offered : 6-9 LPA
