Manager - Accounts & Finance - BFS (5-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly MIS statements for the group.
- Preparation of MIS and reviewing the performance of all the business units.
- Review accounting transactions for data accuracy
- Budgeting, forecasting, reporting & variance analysis of Revenue & Expenses.
- Reviewing monthly revenue trend brand-wise, Business unit wise, etc.
- Receivable analysis and control on outstanding.
- Preparation and review of cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial statements. Ratio-analysis
- Finalizing returns.
- Working capital management, internal financial controls, and costing.
- Building business presentations.
- New Project development process.
- Knowledge & Interest in M&As
- Experience in handling books of accounts of a public company.
- Coordinate with the director and the executive team on long-term financial planning.
- Establish financial policies.
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas).
- Excellent analytical skills
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
- Up to date with accounting laws and regulations
- Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts. - Very strong English communication skills - written and spoken. - Proficient in usage of the entire MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) to create business models and deal simulation for the publishers. - Good analytical skills (i.e., ability to decipher problems and growth areas from reports).
