Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Responsibilities :

Finance & Accounts :

- Manage all finance & accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Cost Accounting

- Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, MIS Reports

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

- Ensure smooth month-end and year-end close process closures

- Ensure control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings like TDS, GST, CIT, Advance Tax etc.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Responsible for management of Working Capital of the unit

- Responsible for Internal, Statutory and Tax audit of the unit

- Additional responsibilities allotted by CFO

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FPNA)

- Knowledge of India Accounting Standard and IFRS for Group reporting

- Managing Sales receivable
