We provide end-to-end accounting services to the Restaurant, Auto parts, Grocery and Not-for-profit industries in the US. The service includes Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Asset Account Management, Reconciliation Services and Tax Services.
To drive our aggressive growth, we are now seeking the following professional for our Thane Office:

Qualification: B.com/M.com /Inter CA/CA/ICWA

Role:

- Responsible for Service Delivery, driving SLA metrics, and providing leadership in dealing with overall operational and client issues. Ensuring that the clients of the business group are satisfied with the division's performance.

- Responsible for Operational Excellence & Process improvement initiatives & implementations.

- Managing team functions and utilizations viz. manpower planning facilitate recruitment, selection, induction, performance appraisal and training, etc in line with overall business goals.

- Quality review, managing 1st level escalations

- Manage Transition of new clients, redesigning of process, identify process transformation opportunities & projects.

- Provide performance feedback to team members, identify the areas of improvement & help them exceeding their performance targets

Experience: 5-6 years work experience in accounting, Computer Literate (Must possess excellent PC Skills such as efficient with Excel and Word), Knowledge of Tally is must, Should have some experience of Business Analysis from past employment.

Essential attribute: Good accounting knowledge, Good computer skills and main expertise in excel, excellent communication skills (written and oral).

Shift Timings: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm, 7.30 pm to 4.30 am.
