Manager - Accounts - eCommerce Startup - CA (3-8 yrs)
Role :
- Will be part of the finance team reporting into Finance Controller.
- The Manager - Accounts will maintain accurate, up to date and efficient accounting vertical and will:
- Maintain accurate Account books in ERP as per Ind AS or IGAAP and lead timely closure activities on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Consolidation of Subsidiaries accounts with Holding companies based in India and SG.
- Manage Statutory, Internal and other audits to ensure qualification free audit report.
- Coordinate with internal finance resources to ensure ERP is fully up to date and accurate.
- Ensure that the laid out internal controls are implemented properly in the organisation.
- Integrate acquired companies account books with the organisation's to maintain a robust common accounting and reporting platform.
- Coordinate with external consultants to ensure that the defined SLAs and TATs are adhered to.
- Key operations stakeholder in strategic projects.
- Regularly and constructively appraise staff on their performance in both formal and informal meetings.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and management reporting.

Education Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Experience : Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting post qualification.
