Manager - Accounts - Construction Business - CA

Responsibilities :

- Preparation of standalone and consolidated accounts under Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS)

- Ensuring timely smooth operation and daily activities in respect of Accounts, Finance and Taxation.

- Proactively maintaining banking relationships and being the primary contact person for raising fund based and non-fund-based facilities.

- Providing MIS related to overall Financial & Accounting for management decision.

Requirements:

- 8- 12 years of relevant experience

- Strong finance-based analytical skills

- Qualified CA

- Experience with SAP

- Preference for people involved with listed companies audited by big 6 audit firms

- Preferable experience with transition from Indian GAAP to IndAS
