Manager - Accounts - Chemical Plant

Position (Designation): Manager - Accounts / (Rakholi Plant):

KEY DELIVERABLES -

- Management and administration of day-to-day accounting & finance Activities including vendor pay-outs, controlling expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

- Handling monthly/quarterly/annual closing of accounts in SAP & month end closing in FI, MM module in SAP.

- Responsible for Consolidation of monthly expenses provisions received from various departments.

- Co-ordinating with auditors during audits and limited review

- Vendor/Contractor invoice checking, reconciliation, Purchase Ledger, GL, AR, AP Scrutiny.

- Monthly reporting of Overheads expenditure with detailed analysis.

- Ensuring reconciliation of various GL's / Vendor's and effective monitoring of the same.

- Handling GST related compliances at the plant level including return filing and Books reconciliation with returns, knowledge of insurance

- Managing the internal audits by bridging the gap between user department and the auditor for ensuring timely responses and closures.

- Variance analysis of Physical verification of stocks / assets on regular basis.

- Preparation of Working capital statement, Creditors ageing report, Material Ageing Report and any other reports required for MIS.

- Knowledge of GAAP, AS and Basic Knowledge of Ind AS.
