Experience - 7-10 Years

System Knowledge - Hands on working knowledge of S4 HANA .

Job Description- Manager Accounts

- Responsible for managing various functions such as monthly closing, Balance Sheet, P&L Analysis along with monitoring plant & sales KPI, variance analysis.

- Accurate and timely completion and publishing of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly financial statements.

- Drive key finance initiatives to improve performance and facilitate business growth

- Coordinate and Support preparation of regulatory reporting with Multiple Government tax filings

- Coordinate with auditors / diligence teams to successfully close multiple audits

- Handling & Supporting company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

- Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Supporting the overall Capitalization Process in co-ordination with Stakeholders across locations.

- Supervise & Manage regular Month Close, Quarterly close and other Tax Reporting requirement as per UA GAAP.

- Hands on experience on the Over all Withholding Tax Compliance

- Understanding on SOX Control
