- MAINTENANCE & PREPARATION OF FOLLOWING
- Preparation of TPH and Cement Costing on Monthly Basis.
- Analysis and Reasoning for Change in Cost of Cement and other WIP Goods.
- Preparation of Cost audit report.
- Plant Efficiency / Performance and production statement at the end of FY.
- Preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financials Balance Sheet and P & L.
- Preparation of AOP and analysis of AOP on monthly basis.
- Various MIS Reports on periodically for Company Management.
- Variance analytics
- Monthly forecasting.
- Payable & Receivable Management
