JOB TITLE - Manager Accounts
LOCATION - Mumbai
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Forecasts/ budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
- Monthly and Annual statutory accounts and reporting of financial Statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management accounts to support business decisions and possible outcomes.
- Cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations
- Preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts as well as long term rolling plans
- Analytical review of key performance indicators based on various financial data
- Supervision of basic accounting ledger entries and extraction of financial statements
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
- Coordinate all payables including planning of daily cash flow and authorization of various payments.
- Review & approve payment vouchers, reconciliations & journal entries
- Analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Ensure statutory returns are filed on time
- Manage the accounting staff and enhance their skills and competencies
