1. A person should have a strong understanding of Accounts, TDS and GST

2. A person will have to manage the Vendor payments

3. He should have work exp of 3-4 years in NBFC/Financial Sector

4. Good command on handling the auditors/Query solving/MIS

5. Experience on Accounting Software or Tally/Sun required

6. The person should be CA or even Inter CA will work with more work exps.
