Manager - Accounts We are recruiting a Manager Accounts for a leading in Automotive Industry. This role is based in Delhi/NCR. The role will involve : Overall Responsible for preparation of financials of group companies listed on all the major stock exchanges in India. The major deliverables include the following : - Preparation of quarterly/annual financials-Stand-alone and Consolidated Financials - Consolidation of accounts of the group companies on quarterly/annual basis, Notes on Accounts, Co-ordination among group companies - All compliances required as per clause 41 of the listing requirements e.g. quarterly results preparation, Limited review of results co-ordination, publishing of results etc. - Review of vendor payments and ensuring compliances of applicable laws, Foreign vendor payment processing - Annual Report Publishing of financials - Fund Planning for the period for the revenue against the budgeted outflows - Statutory Compliances - XBRL Filing of financials - Ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant ( first attempt) with 5-10 years relevant experience in listed companies. Good knowledge of IFRS as well as Hyperion Financial management or equivalent is essential.
