Manager - Accounts - Asset Reconstruction Firm - CA (6-10 yrs)
Job Scope / Position Summary :
- Hands on in managing the entire gamut of accounting activities under the F&A space in a timely manner, should be able to coordinate with auditor for Stat/internal/Tax/ other audits and should be able to provide the necessary MIS/Reports for internal and external stakeholders as may be required from time to time.
1. Experience in coordinating with the Auditors for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Tax Audit to get the audit completed including satisfactory resolution of the queries raised by the auditor
2. Preparation of RBI Returns
3. Working out total amounts Overdue (Shadow accounting) in various cases for filing claims in courts.
4. Raising Management Fee invoices, issuing interest demand notices from borrowers
5. Coordinating for ESOP valuation
6. Providing data/information to rating agencies for rating of the company's credit instruments.
7. Compile business data and financials for reporting to various stakeholders (internal as well as external stakeholders)
8. Coordinating with banks for renewal of Bank credit lines and managing bank covenants as may be applicable.
Functional Skills :
- The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant
- Should be proficient in working on Tally, Oracle based software.
- Knowledge of Ind AS is a pre-requisite
- Incumbent should be hands on experienced in above stated Job description.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The position is required to be hands on on all matters of recording accounting transactions including managing banks, Rating agencies and filing of periodical returns as may be required
