Manager - Accounts & Finance - GI Broking - CA

Hiring for the role of Manager Accounts and Finance - GI Broking - Mumbai

Must be CA Qualified

- Assistance in Monthly finalizing of books of accounts in compliance with Accepted Accounting Standards, Audit Practices & Statutory / Regulatory Provisions.

- Smooth and efficient functioning of Accounts Receivable system

- Ensuring timely and accurate payment of taxes and filing of relevant returns.

- Timely reconciliation of TDS Credit receivable with Traces

- Accounting of revenue at cost/profit centre level and submission of relevant MIS (variance analysis)

- Coordinating with Auditors and ensuring timely & accurate completion of the audit

- Ensuring accurate accrual of Revenue Income through verification & validation

- Submission of Periodic reports to the Holding company within set timelines

- Preparation of Financial Statements & XBRL reports

- Awareness & execution of GST regulations (applicability, taxes, returns)

- Exploring SAP to full advantage & automation of processes.

- Maintaining complete, up to date & accurate statutory books of accounts

- Ensuring Statutory & Audit compliances at all points of time (Accounting Standards & Principals, Companies Act, Direct Tax and GST)
