Manager - Accounting - MBA/M.Com./CA This requirement is at a B2C, VC funded start-up that's trying to solve a major issue in the Indian market. The position shall report in to a Senior Manager of Finance, with the following major responsibilities : - Managing book-keeping and accounting - Management/MIS reporting - Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement preparation - TDS/income tax management for the various partners/vendors that the co. works with - Managing 2 resources reporting to this position, for operational/daily work Candidate profile : - Min. 4 years and max. 7 years of relevant experience at start-ups/growing cos. - Specialization in accounting & book-keeping, followed by in management of aspects related to income tax - Strong experience in reporting - Should be under the age of 30
