Manager - Accounting Operations - eCommerce - CA (4-6 yrs)

Mumbai Job Code: 903076

Responsibility:

a. Manage the accounts executives

b. Responsible for coordination with billing, collections, and tax teams

c. Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax and other regulatory paperwork

d. Execution of daily and monthly MIS according to the format

e. Ensure right accounting of revenue & debtors to further ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared

f. Ensure accounting work, purchase invoices, stock etc. in factory is also done up to the mark.

g. Maintenance of inventory reports and triggering stock reports on a weekly basis

h. Ensuring the company's books of accounts are maintained in a timely and orderly fashion

i. Creation of management reports and business analysis from accounts

j. Coordination with investor team and senior finance respurces to ensure smooth functioning of accounts

k. Coordination with auditor for statutory compliances and audit requirements

Education Qualifications: CA Qualified

Experience & Skills:

1. Minimum of 3-4 years work experience in the E-Commerce Industry is must
 

2. Deep knowledge of taxation and accounting principles

3. Proficiency in MS office and clear knowledge of Excel Functions like Pivot Tables, Vlookups etc. is preferred

4. Ability to communicate strongly Hindi and English

5. Ability to maintain and motivate a team of 5+ members.
