Am Looking for Qualified CA and CS who are familiar with SEZ compliance ( mandatory to have both the qualifications) to be placed as Manager Finance in Multinational IT Organization. Job Description : Section A: Objectives/Purpose of the Job 1. The Finance Manager will be based in India to start up, a newly incorporated entity to build an offshore delivery centre for the Business Applications Services line of business. 2. Supervise and coordinate daily finance and accounting operation of Finance Department, and ensure finance and accounting operation are compliant with company process and policy, and operate smoothly; 3. Adhere to group closing schedule, arrange month-end/ year-end closing work, prepare financial reports timely and accurately; 4. Prepare annual budget, mid-year forecast, yearly manpower rate calculation, mid-year manpower rate review; 5. Conduct data analysis and ad hoc reports to management for decision-making purposes; 6. Handle external auditing issues (yearly audit by Big 4 Auditor), and complete tax filing; 7. Deal with bank issues, and ensure healthy cash flow in India; 8. Conduct assets management; 9. Guide government subsidy application (where applicable). Section B: Key Responsibilities &amp; Key Result Areas (Please include KPIs) : 1. Review the invoices/statements, GL vouchers before month end closing 2. Ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly end closing completed on time according to group closing timetable 3. Prepare and submit financial reports timely and accurately, including analysis of month-on-month variances; year-on-year variances; quarter-on-quarter variances; budget vs actual etc 4. Monthly preparation and review of profit/loss statements and balance sheets, and resolve or escalate outstanding issues 5. Complete and finalize budget and forecast according to group timelines 6. Calculate manpower rates based on group guidance, and conduct mid-year manpower rates review 7. Prepare monthly cash flow forecast to ensure the entity has sufficient cash flow for working capital purposes. 8. Complete yearly tax filing, annual inspection of company licenses and bank accounts 9. Prepare analysis of financials to help management identify areas of optimization in the cost structure and aid decision-making 10. Handle and resolve inter-company issues 11. Work with parent company and review cross-entity tax matters 12. Define processes and internal controls and ensure compliance with group's approving authorities, policies and procedures 13. Provide all finance-related support for a newly setup subsidiary from the stage of setup, alignment, to on-going maintenance and support. This will include setting up policies and procedures.
