Accountant - Requirements : 1. Bookkeeping and managing accounting transactions 2. Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers 3. Completing analysis of the employee expenditures 4. Managing income and expenditure accounts 5. Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations 6. Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company (Zoho Accounting is added advantage) 7. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and practices 8. Real time experience in handling all statutory compliances with respect to Central and State laws 9. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and finance software 10. An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude 11. Excellent communication skills 12. B.com/M com in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certification & having CA grade is a plus. Responsibilities : 1. To Manage organization whole accounting & finance 2. Preparing financial accounts for monthly reviews & keen eye on the burn rate. 3. Handling finance reconciliation of all departments. 4. To work with government officials, adhere to all compliances 5. Preparing monthly budget, quarterly & yearly budget 6. Working with business stakeholders on budget planning 7. Forecasting and risk analysis on the finance model
