Title: Manager Accounting & Taxation   Role Description:-  Managing overall Accounting & Direct and indirect taxation compliance for the company   Key Responsibility Area:-   Primary Responsibility:   - Independently handle all financial matters relating to a network of medical centers through coordination with local teams. He/She would be responsible for submission and compliance with Direct and Indirect taxes across all locations.   - This role includes managing all international and national tax issues. He/she will be handling tax analysis and closing monthly and yearly financials according to standards such as Indian Accounting Standards & IFRS.   - The person will optimize accounting and other finance-related processes. Handle all intercompany/ transfer pricing bookkeeping and support in management analysis, business planning, and ad- hoc exercises.   - He/she will be based out of central team located in a metropolitan city of India and would manage a team of accountants based in medical centers in approx. 7-8 countries.   Other Role specifics:   1. Making budgets for Project Teams - liaising with the teams across the countries and explain the budgets and respond to queries   2. Weekly and monthly MIS reporting for all medical centers   3. Performing Variance Analysis   4. Resolving operational finance related queries like banking, funding, cash flow management, foreign exchange fluctuations and insurance claims   5. Tracking budgets and reporting it to HO vis--vis variance and special approvals   7. Reviewing the books of accounts and consolidating the books   Key Performance Indicator:-   - Meaningful role in long-term planning   - Improving revenue generation  - To ensure that protection regulations are followed.  - Business expands.  - Looking for organizational growth.  Scope Of Work:-  - A person will be a part of Healthcare Industry which is a growing Industry an opportunity to work on GST Calculation & Implementation.  Desired Candidate:   - Qualification- Qualified CA/MBA with the minimum of 8+ years of experience in Accounting & Direct & Indirect tax.  - Experience in a similar role preferably in Retail, Travel and/or Hospitality   - Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel   - Understanding of GST   - Expert knowledge of tax laws and accounting standards is a must
