Manager - Accounting Advisory - CA (5-8 yrs)
If you have Post CA 6 Yrs Experience in accounting advisory function then we have an excellent opportunity for you.
- Client needs Qualified Chartered Accountants / CPA / ACCA with 5-9 years of post-qualification experience with a firm of repute
- Application of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Financial reporting support (technical as well process related) services to clients
- Provide technical as well as process assistance in relation to conversion from Indian GAAP to US GAAP/IFRS and vice-versa
- Professionals with industry experience or experience in US GAAP, IFRS, accounting advisory, due diligence and securities offering assignments in India / abroad would be preferred
- Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting process
- Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective
- Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications and exposure to ERP systems like Oracle, SAP and Tally will also be an added advantage
