Manager - Accounting (4-6 yrs)
Accounts Payable:
- Ensuring that all vendor invoices are booked and acknowledged as per compliance.
- Ensuring that the salary is booked and disbursed.
- Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy.
- Ensuring that all payments are sent on time.
- Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.
Accounts Receivable:
- Preparing reports on delinquent accounts and customer payment profiles.
- Reconciling cash receipts and deposits.
- Analyzing financial records for accuracy.
- Ensuring proper follow ups are done for receivables
Accounting, Finance and Statutory Compliance:
- Preparing and filing TDS returns
- Preparing and filing GST returns
- Preparing and filing PF & PT returns
- Internal audit to make sure company is 100% compliant as per Government organizations need.
- Preparing financial reports as per management need
- Providing analysis of company financial position to management
Requirements:
- 4+years experience into Accounts & Finance.
- Experience into GST.
- Experience into Compliances.
- Team Management experience
