Manager/Accountant - Finance - Manufacturing Firm (9-15 yrs)

Looking for finance manager accountant (Exp 8 to 15 Yrs) Mombasa, Kenya with high level of experience, should be sap expert, should understand accounting and material management, generating p&l, balance sheet finalization, control accounts team across all functions such as banking, AP, AR, treasury, HR. Etc
- Also high level of excel required
- And experience in Manufacturing
Key roles and primary responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage the accounting function of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management and external funding organizations
- Manage the audit and tax compliance process, ensuring timely and accurate filings
- Provide financial guidance and support to the team, e.g. sales, marketing, and operations
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities for the organization
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team
