Job Location- Mumbai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the top accounts to maximize the revenue and market share
- Analyze the potential of accounts and identify the new opportunities
- Offer insights into client business and industry verticals to add value in the sales pitches
- Do a Deep-dive on accounts for insights and provide support to the sales team in briefing the requirement to the brand solution team.
- Pro-actively work on the corporate & category-level presentations to equip the sales team in handling of all the possible client objections across sectors.
- Assist the sales team with data/presentations to facilitate new business development activities. Help them in prospecting for both FCT & NFCT business
- Providing guidance & support to the junior members in the Account Planning team in the day to day work.
- Provide the product knowledge to empower the sales team
- Crafting the pitches deck for the sales team. This duty also involves presenting the critical sales pitches to the decision makers of a given campaign. Use business knowledge to write a sales pitch that highlights the company's features and benefits.
- To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and service offerings and methodologies
- To do the pre-eval and post-eval on the NFCT campaigns (using the softwares like RAM / IRS) to present the effectiveness in campaign deliveries.
Take the client/trade feedback on the products from the sales team and communicate it effectively to the marketing and programming team.
- Responsible for keeping the information updated in the company credentials and showcases presentations periodically / as needed.
- Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping sales team updated on activities
