About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to join our fully remote team. This is a strategic, full-time role where you will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships. You will own the entire sales cycle, build lasting relationships, and work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Reports to: Director / Senior Management
What Youll Do:
- Proactively identify, prospect, and win new clients for Platinox through strategic outreach, leveraging referrals, and activating your existing network.
- Take complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and successfully closing recruitment mandates.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and adopting a consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate effectively with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless communication and successful delivery of services to clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed challenging revenue and performance targets.
- Represent Platinox professionally in all client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a business development or account management role specifically within a recruitment consultancy. (This is a mandatory requirement and candidates without this specific experience will not be considered).
- Demonstrated track record of independently generating leads, developing a pipeline, and consistently closing new business in the recruitment space.
- Possession of a strong existing client network and established industry relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs and position Platinox's solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote-first environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools.
