Management Trainee - Transportation Mobility Startup

We are a rapidly growing early-stage company. We are working towards building a dense, tech-enabled network of battery swapping stations for shared e-mobility (electric 2 and 3 wheelers) in India. The future belongs to e-mobility and hence the relevance of our product and operational excellence will see exponential growth.

As a Management Trainee, you will get the opportunity to directly participate in the most exciting phase of the trajectory of the company. You shall learn the nuts and bolts of core operations/sales/business development of a fast-growing start-up.

Role:

- Support the field sales team with target achievement through visits, data management, business development

- Gain a deep understanding of company operations to assist in setting SOPs, consumer pitches and similar documentation

- Report on the progress of goals and objectives

- Monitor performance progress with management

- Observe experienced workers acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties

- Train in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequently transferability between departments and provide greater promotional opportunities

- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
