Management Trainee - Tech Startup - Online Training/eLearning

A new Tech startup in Online Training/Elearning with core members from IIMs & IITs, looking for hiring sales and marketing oriented professionals

- The ideal person for this opportunity would be a management graduate from reputed Business School or University or Institution, with specializations in Marketing.

- Must have done graduation in Engineering, Sciences or Commerce with at least 60% aggregate.

- Very strong communications skills Writing, Reading and Spoken.

The incumbent would be treated as Management Trainee within the organization for a period of 6 months during which s/he would go through rigorous formal and on the job training on various aspects of business including but not limited to Sales, Business Development, Presales, Product Management and Project Management.

Based on the performance, company would assign a role in either of the functions mentioned above across Delhi

Location : Saket, New Delhi

Working hours : 11 am - 07 pm, Mon - Sat

- Managing the social media marketing strategy

- Execution of all social media activities.

- Finding new ways to leverage Facebook, Twitter, etc. for professional and business purposes.

- Creating social media campaigns.

- Cold calling to prospective clients

- Meeting channel partners and pitching company products
