Management Trainee - Sales - Consumer Goods - Fast track Career Professional Development Program


We are currently looking for Management Trainees (Sales) to be a part of the Fast Track Professional Career Development Program for one of the topmost packaged consumer goods MNCs in India. The position is to be based at any of the Metro cities in India.

This is an early career professional development program for sales professionals. The incumbent will be immediately hired as a permanent employee and will be engaged in a structured curriculum up until the end of the one year program.

Requirement

- Graduate (Engineer Preferred) with MBA from premier B-School. Batches of the year 2016 and 2017 may be part of the program.

- Having 1- 2 years of full-time work experience

- Outstanding academic achievement, strong leadership and organizational experience with excellent communication skills

- Fluency in the English language and any other local language - written and verbal

Compensation Range: Rs.19.0-22.0 Lpa
