Management Trainee - Financial Analyst - University

Job Description:

Reporting to the FP&A, this position will be required to deliver on the following areas:

1. Variance analysis with budgets/actuals and providing insights to business leadership and corporate on the key drivers

2. Budgeting and Monthly forecasting for the group businesses

3. Financial analysis of programs, colleges, businesses and presenting them for monthly management review

4. Benchmarking analysis including fees, cost structures, programs, profitability and providing insights to management

5. Financial modeling for new business investments including greenfield, brownfield opportunities and growth/maintenance capex

Desired Profile:

1. Post Graduate from a premier B-School with overall experience of 1 to 5 Years in Finance function and minimum 1 year experience in finance analyst role

2. Good knowledge and skills in Corporate Finance

3. Good communication skills
