They are currently looking for someone to join in the Global Leadership Development Program which attracts, develops and retains tomorrow's leaders with a generalist background to cover demand locally and in their Global Network.

Description :

The GLDP programme offers opportunity to jumpstart the career for talented individuals and gives them the insight into strategy, business processes, culture etc for the brand from Global and local perspectives. The person will be part of an 18 months training program which has both global and local stints and will be groomed to handle different roles and responsibilities to become a well rounded leader one day. He/she will then be offered a role in their India office (Gurgaon).

Profile :

You should match with all the mentioned criteria to be a suitable profile for this role :

- Age : 24-30 Years

- Qualified Chartered Accountant / Full Time MBA / PGDM from top B-schools specialising in Finance only : 2014-16 batches

- Work experience in an accounting / controllership role

- Excellent grades / percentages in academics all through

- Exceptional communication skills & personality

- Knowledge of 1 or more foreign language is an added advantage

- International exposure - Student/Job/Well travelled
