Management Trainee - Consulting Firm

The role holder will be required to work closely with the Managing Director of the Firm and other senior consultants. The role holder would not only be expected to work on project delivery but should also demonstrate proactiveness and fire in the belly to achieve set KPIs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Responsible for information gathering and data analysis and assist the project team / lead by providing support as and when required to meet the client deadlines

2. Work in multi - disciplinary teams and across different lines of business to get overall consulting experience

3. Conduct research to identify best in-class practices and industry benchmarking

4. Actively involve self in firm's internal activities such as process optimizations, capability developments, trainings and other activities which are aimed at improving the firm's productivity

5. Knowledge management and creation of an asset base comprising research outcomes & delivery outcomes

6. Provide support as needed for business development

7. Work independently as and when required to deliver on projects

Location - Mumbai

Qualifications: Engineering + MBA HR / MBA Systems / IT + MBA Operations

- Ability to travel extensively / work onsite at client locations depending on project requirements

- Ability to stretch to meet timelines

- Minimum 18 months of work experience preferred but not mandatory

- CGPA Criteria: 8 and above (10 point scale)

- CTC: (not a constraint for an outstanding candidate)
