Position: Management Trainee/ Consultant

Department: Risk Solutions

Reporting To Manager

Location Mumbai

Role Summary: Functional Responsibility / Domain Related:

- Work as a member of teams and execute risk consulting assignments

- Implement risk solutions

- Strong understanding of Basel II and Basel III guidelines

- Demonstrate deep understanding / expertise in the Risk Management domain and allied Financial concepts.

- Be able to handle assignments and execute allotted project and product development tasks independently to high degree of client satisfaction

- Be aware of market landscape for risk related assignments as well as conceptual evolutions in the risk domain

- Process Adherence

- Review the initial and ongoing development of products

- Work on specific modules of individual assignments - assignments would broadly be in the areas of Credit, operational and market risk

- Should be able to drive process excellence and documentation through delivery

- Provide support to business development by preparing proposals, concept presentations and outreach activities

- Client Management / Stakeholder Management

- Interact with clients in relation to assignment execution and manage operational relationships effectively

Essential Qualification: Minimum B.Com /BMS

Experience: 0 - 3 years experience

Skills : Basic knowledge of Financial accounting is a must.

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Good skills of using MS word, excel and powerpoint.

- The job profile will include support in assignment execution, extensive interaction with clients, travel to client places (outside Mumbai and India as well) for onsite support.

- Strong analytical skills

- Should be able to work under pressure

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
