Experience : 15 Months training completed + 1.5 to 2 years of experience

Location : Leading FMCG Company, Kalina, Mumbai

Role :

Compliance of corporate laws (Companies Act, Listing Agreement, SEBI Laws etc.), educating Members and ensuing compliance of Insider Share Trading Code, Conducting Board and Annual General Meeting and handling matters incidental thereto, handling secretarial compliances for subsidiaries of Client (India & overseas), addressing internal administrative requests, issuance of authorizations / power of attorneys etc.
