Management Trainee/Assistant Manager - CEO's Office - Private Life Insurer


Strategic areas : 

- Support in assignments by preparing Management Presentations, business cases, detailed reports, data driven insights for the CEO

- Serve as a liaison with internal stakeholders at all levels for formalization of Annual Operating Plan.

- Support in decision making & relationship management (both external & internal) for the CEO.

Reporting & Monitoring

- Tracking progress of Annual Operating Strategic Plan, key initiatives across functions and reporting to CEO.

- Monitoring organizational wide projects for delivering functional improvements and transformational change.

- Liaison with internal stake holders for providing constant updates to the CEO.

- Support in end to end implementation of the projects and initiatives driven by the Strategy team.

- Analysing trends & MIS and build insights for decision-making in existing businesses reporting to CEO.

Communication & Coordination

- Assist the CEO in all the ad-hoc communications with internal and external stake holders on a need-based basis.

- Conduct research to substantiate the internal and external communications from the CEO.

- Assisting in scheduling meetings and attending important meetings, ensure follow up on important actionable of the meetings.

- Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings

- Ensure that all the relevant escalations happen to the CEO, in a timely manner.

Qualification

- Any MBA (Preferably from Tier 1 or 2 B School)
