About the role : We are looking for Management Trainees who are passionate about the rural and farm economy. The role will involve short project stints in multiple functional areas such as demand, supply, operations, analytics and supply chain. Post completion of 6 months as a trainee, the employee will be assigned roles in different functional areas. The role is based out of Gurugram. Roles and Responsibilities : - Own the projects end to end and deliver outcomes which have a direct impact on broader business metrics - Develop thought leadership for different functional areas and bring in process improvements - Work with local teams to drive supply and demand objectives and develop strategic sourcing initiatives - Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand and other functions to ensure and maintain category leadership - Build and demonstrate a farmer centric mindset, and ensuring success of suppliers and sellers - Work strategically with the team to start, grow and support all aspects of the business sales cycle - Partake and lead company wide strategic initiatives and help build readily deployable and scalable business solutions Role Requirements : - Strong analytical aptitude and ability to understand broad market trends - Communicate effectively and efficiently with all the relevant stakeholders - Build, test and scale business solutions rapidly - Hustle to win !! - Willingness to learn, innovate, take initiatives, think beyond what is conventional - Must be from Tier 1 Colleges (IITs / IIMs / NITs)
