About our Client - Our client is a fully integrated oil and gas MNC ranked among the largest corporations on FORTUNE 500 global companies. Their strategic operations are based out of Asia but has wide network of operations around the world. They have massive expansion plans in their B2C operations for India and are looking at hiring senior Management Consultants for Strategy and Implementation of the Transformation roll out.

Job Description - As the Senior Manager - Management / Strategy Consultant you will be reporting to the Head of Transformation Office and will be responsible for:

- Maintaining an integrated view of all projects in the program

- Tracking and managing the progress of such projects

- Supporting solution development and decision making of key initiatives

- Creating and analyzing leads business

- Being a support line for the operations team whenever required

The Successful Candidate :

- You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/ Engineering with a Master's Degree (From an institute of repute like IIM/XLRI/ FMS/ISB)

- You will have 4 - 7 years of experience in Management Consulting, independent or in-house consulting firms or similar environment. An experience into Change Management in India is essential

- You will have strong analytical, project management and facilitation skills and exposure to business plans analysis and financial statement analysis

- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
