Management Executive - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (2-6 yrs)
Educational qualification: BE/BTech. along with MBA(Premier School).
(The person who completed BE worked for 2 to 3 years and then completed MBA will be an ideal candidate for this position.)
Role will be full time, the candidate should ideally be from Mumbai/ Nagpur/ Hyderabad who can speak/read/write English, Hindi and Marathi.
The role requires extensive traveling, preferred single status candidate.
Since it involves extensive traveling , hence we are not putting any location here.
For right candidate salary is flexible, roster work 20 - 10 days roster.
Job description (Indicative only) :
- Coordinate executive communications, take meeting notes, responding to emails and interfacing with stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries and other admin activities through respective stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Travel with MD to different projects, analyze data, compile and present it to management.
