1. Build and execute organisation's Change Management strategy with confidence, synthesise numerous analytic efforts to draw meaningful conclusions, identify implications for recommendations, and achieve client buy-in. - Change Strategy

2. Understand and have hands-on experience on various Change Management frameworks and methodologies.

3. Interact comfortably with C-Suite and senior management levels at the client side - present analysis and recommendations, facilitate workshops, and negotiate or influence on significant matters. leadership alignment and connects

4. Have experience and extensive exposure in performing the Change Management activities, Stakeholder Engagements, Communication, Change Agent Network, Business Readiness, Learning & Development which could be demonstrated through real-life case examples

5. Drive a rigorous and structured approach for identifying and solving business problems that leads to strategic insights.-Understanding on PROSCI or any other change framework
