Management Consulting Associate

We are hiring a Management Consulting Associate for our client company which is a leader in Management Consulting industry.

Responsibilities:

1) Oversee projects to address issues and needs.

2) Collaborate with management and staff to understand their needs.

3) Conduct research on the organization and its customers.

4) Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue.

5) Present and explain findings to appropriate executives.

6) Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives.

7) Developing plans to implement solutions.

8) Arrange for or provide training to people affected by change.

9) Keeping abreast of changes in the industry.

Qualifications:

1) Degree in business administration or related field required.

2) 1-5 years of proven experience in consultation or corporate strategy creation/implementation.

3) Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques.

4) Knowledge of business software and IT systems.

5) A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.

6) Analytical mind with excellent data collection, analysis and problem-solving skills.
