We are looking for an independent professional to join at a consultant level with our client which is a global consulting firm. Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - The building of Enterprise Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) starting from COE percolating it down to each Business Unit and Enabling/ Support Functions - Creating templates for performance measurement &amp; monitoring, &amp; Articulating logic how templates will get data feeds - EPM: Enterprise Performance Management, MIS/CFO dashboard design, Strategic Performance Management - Will be required to organize &amp; coordinate department/function meetings and workshops and facilitate finalization of KPI's It will be good if the person has attributes of: - Both design and implementation experience. - Tool/System implementation is a plus. - Client facing experience Contract Duration: 3-6 months
