We work closely with our clients, shaping and delivering on their most important strategic imperatives to drive new opportunities around Business Growth, Customer Experience, Operational Excellence and Product Innovation by leveraging digital and emerging technologies

The role will primarily include developing outside-in points of view (go-to-market strategy, opportunity landscape study, competitive benchmarking, business plan development), as well as providing implementation assistance (sourcing advisory, project scoping, implementation support) through close strategic partnership (program-project management) to ultimately aid them in capturing newly created business value.

About the role

As a Management Consultant, you will directly interact with our customers to gain a deep understanding of their challenges, develop robust strategies for change and help solve complex business created by digital disruption.

The role will primarily include developing outside-in points of view (go-to-market strategy, opportunity landscape study, competitive benchmarking, business plan development), as well as providing implementation assistance (sourcing advisory, project scoping, implementation support) through close strategic partnership (program-project management) to ultimately aid them in capturing newly created business value.

What you will do in this role:

1. Day-to-day delivery of consulting projects and ensuring timely and successful delivery of client deliverables

2. Proactively interact with client organization to understand their requirements

3. Directly report into and work with Future Factor leadership on multiple engagements

4. Support/ lead client presentation meetings

5. Contribute to the development of IP within FutureFactor's practice area(s), including creating new methodologies, frameworks tools, techniques and developing new ideas and approaches

6. Contribute to business development efforts, including preparation of point of view documents, engagement proposals and pitch presentations

Who we are looking for?

1. 4-7 years of experience in consulting or operations (preferably with exposure to manufacturing industry)

2. Undergraduate degree in Engineering + MBA(tier 1 preferred)

3. General understanding of key industry and business trends and technology innovations (especially in the areas of Industry 4.0, IoT, AI/ML)

4. Strong analytical capabilities and ability to present findings and conclusions clearly and concisely

5. Excellent team player, self-motivated with a - can do- attitude and outstanding communication skills

6. High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word

7. Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines

8. Willingness to learn quickly and work in an agile and entrepreneurial environment

9. Availability to travel internationally as required
