Management Accountant - Finance Services (7-14 yrs)
Management Accountant - Global MNC - Finance Industry
Overview of Role:
- Review and process invoices via automated Concur workflow
- Maintain vendors database to ensure proper account mapping/allocating of expenses
- Coordinate with trading, research, legal, operations and technology on proper tagging of various invoices/fees
- Assist with expense reimbursements review and work with Concur for global expense reimbursement tracking
- Assist with the review of monthly budgets for the Funds and preparation of Budget to Actual Analysis
- Interact with the banks and outside vendors
- Assist with the annual audits of various subsidiaries as it relates to invoice/payments support
- Review and suggest improvement to the process
- Implement further automation solutions
Required Skills:
- Minimum 7-10 years of direct AP experience, preferably in a complex environment with multiple departments/complex expense allocations
- Working knowledge of Workday and Concur (Preferred) or other similar systems
- Detail oriented
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Personable and a team player
