Manage - Associate - Corporate Finance (2-4 yrs)
Corporate Finance, VC/PE Investment
The candidate should ideally have at least 2-4 years of experience of working end to end on deals in a sector-agnostic environment. He/ She should have a few successful transaction closures. Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and structuring of transactions.
The candidate would be required to:
1. Work end to end on fundraising activities for clients and portfolio companies - VC/ PE/ IPO
2. Work with the team towards building investor collaterals
3. Advise and implement on matters related to corporate finance, transaction structuring, etc.
4. Identify suitable opportunities for M&A, partnership, JVs, etc.
5. Ensure transaction readiness of each portfolio company at all times
6. Build the team for the corporate finance function in the business
7. Support management in business development activities
8. Coordinate with CxOs and key employees to collate relevant data on a timely basis,
9. Prepare and analyze MIS
10. Conduct primary and secondary research on companies and sectors and prepare a summary report on the same
11. Move across functions of Business Doctors as and when required.
