Responsibilities - Trade Activation Plan-Design and Implementation - - Design trade activation programs for all channels that drives volume growth & builds strong trade relationships. - Conducting market assessments and feasibility studies, with detailed elaborations on business propositions and business plans. Budget - - Plan and manage all BTL spends across brands and regions - Ensure adherence to budgets and maximize impact of trade spends Monitoring and Review - - Define and manage advertising and promotional concepts/activities including the local customization of marketing and promotional material received from the regional office. Competition intelligence - - Providing a commercial and technical basis for adequate positioning of the products in the market. - Track competition activity around the trade and adapt plans accordingly. - Gather insights from market data around sales Sales Forecasting & MIS: - Custodian of the all the MIS related to channel spends. Should maintain a repository of information and do detailed analysis for further findings as and when necessary to identify source of growth for the channel.
