Mamaearth - Manager - Retail Training (4-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute orientation programs for retail
- Design specific training modules and plan the implementation of the same
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
- Assign mentors and coaches to new sales team members
- Observe how sales employees and cashiers interact with customers to identify areas of improvement
- Determine training needs both for individuals and teams
- Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult customers cases (e.g. how to overcome objections)
- Advise sales employees on how to upsell products and services
- Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. case studies and group activities)
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
Minimum Requirements:
- Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in retail industry is a must
- Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms
- Experience creating modules for training is essential
- Hands-on experience in training-the-trainer
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
