Desired Candidate :
- Experience - 4-7 years of PQE in the cosmetics/personal care industry.
- Must be well versed with IP laws, Legal Metrology, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, BIS, Advertising, Consumer Protection and Data Privacy Laws.
- Vetting and drafting of various kinds of agreements
- Sending various kinds of notices, business letters and communications viz.
- Must have Strong contract Negotiation and Drafting skills
- Drafting, implementation & trainings for SOPs and policies within the company
- Must be agile, team player with strong communication skills, positive attitude, eager to learn etc.)
