Job Description :
Honasa Consumer Private Limited, one of the fastest growing Consumer Products stories in India, and with a significant focus on technology and capability-build, has embarked on a continuing journey to develop excellence in Supply Chain efficiency. These process and technology intervention will help institutionalize operational excellence for a sustainable supply chain & drive cost improvements. Some examples are :
- Network optimization and its implementation
- Warehousing process driven by technology (WMS, ERP)
- Enhancing the ERP (SAP) for the organization
- Identify and implement Best practices around Inventory management, Logistics, warehousing and planning
- Analytics-driven assignments around specific problem statements to drive business growth
- The candidate would lead all such initiatives: owning the program, outlining the methodology, coordinating with internal stake-holders and external service providers, program planning, program execution considering timelines. Heavy cross functional coordination and working with ambiguity will be critical to the role.
Skill-sets :
- 7-10 years of operational experience focused on problem-solving and program management in supply chain operations; Prior experience in technology interventions in warehousing and logistics will be an add on
- Demonstrated steep learning curve
- Comfortable with data-analysis and generating insights
- Implementation experience around high-importance projects
- Mindset of an individual contributor
Growth-path : The candidate would grow to take up other lead roles in planning or physical distribution within the Supply Chain domain
